Mainframe Access Support

Mainframe access allows a user to utilize a wide range of university applications such as DEFINE, PointsPlus, eDocs, FRMS, Power BI, UT Works, etc. 

The surveys below are for clients of University Business Services only. This is not a university-wide service. If you are not a UBS client, please reach out to your DPUSER Contact or Electronic Office Manager.

Request Mainframe Access
This survey is to request a new mainframe logon be created for an University employee to allow them access to applications such as DEFINE. 

Restore Mainframe Access 
This survey is to request that a mainframe logon be unlocked. User access is locked after 45 days of inactivity. 

Remove Mainframe Access
This survey is to remove a user from the mainframe upon leaving the position.
