Business and Financial Services (BFS) is comprised of three highly trained, specialized teams to deliver services in the fields of accounting, finance, warehousing and procurement.
Our Services
Accounting Services
The Accounting team in Business and Financial Services (BFS) provides transactional support for clients for areas such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel and billing. They are also responsible for establishing and maintaining capital projects.
Budget and Financial Planning
The Budget and Finance team in Business and Financial Services (BFS) processes budget related transactions as well as transaction management on behalf of our client departments. The team provides financial analysis and recommendations to assist client departments with efficient and strategic utilization of the University’s financial resources.
Procurement and Warehousing
Procurement and Warehousing is a branch of Business and Financial Services that provides warehousing and procurement services for over 1,400 employees in supported units.
