Vianey joined the University in 2013 and has been in various accounting roles with Business & Financial Services.  In her current role, she oversees the Billing, Operating Account and Project Account teams. Her focus is to deliver efficient and timely service to all BFS client departments, while upholding University policies. Vianey earned a Master of Business Administration from St. Edward’s University and a Bachelor of Science from UT Austin. 

Loren Matus

Loren has over 21 years of service with The University of Texas at Austin, with extensive experience in non‑academic departments providing accounting and procurement services. She currently oversees the Business and Financial Services Procurement and Warehousing teams, focusing on delivering timely professional support to all BFS clients while upholding University policies and procedures. Loren is committed to high service standards and strives for complete customer satisfaction.

Aileen Simmons Bantau
Director, Financial Planning and Analysis

Aileen has over 20 years of service with The University, with experience in both academic and non-academic departments providing financial analysis and reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.  Aileen successfully led a project to present financial information in Tableau resulting in more timely and interactive reporting for the departments she supports.  Prior to joining the University, Aileen worked in Florida as a school-based accountant in K-12 public education and in the banking industry. Aileen has a bachelor’s degree from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.
