Michelle brings more than 13 years of experience at The University of Texas at Austin, and has held various finance positions within the academic, non-academic, and central offices providing accounting and procurement services. She helped advance key process improvements, including the development of UT Tracker in partnership with Business & Financial Services and the McCombs School of Business. As Director of Payment Services, she is committed to delivering exceptional, service-driven support while taking a forward-thinking approach to continuously improve how the university processes payments, travel and entertainment reimbursements, ePayments, and cash advances—ensuring university policies are upheld and our work remains efficient, consistent, and transparent for all campus partners.
