Marcus has more than 30 years of materials management experience, holding various roles in government, commercial, and higher education procurement and supply chain management. He has been with The University of Texas at Austin since 2010, serving in the Procurement Office prior to joining Business and Financial Services. Marcus is qualified as a Certified Texas Contract Developer (CTCD) through the State of Texas Comptroller’s office and holds a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
