Amy has been with the University for over 25 years serving in both HR and Finance roles and was instrumental in the creation of Centralized Business Services in the College of Liberal Arts. She partners with UBS teams and customers to direct process improvement efforts to enhance the overall customer experience.  Amy holds a Master of Business Administration from St. Edward's University and a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and History from UT Austin.
