Amy McGowan joined the University in 2018 as part of the Risk Management department within the Office of Accounting and Financial Management. Seeking a broader understanding of the University's operations, she later transitioned into roles supporting academic units within the College of Liberal Arts (COLA) and the College of Fine Arts (COFA). These experiences provided her with a comprehensive perspective on both central administration and academic business processes. Amy currently serves as the Travel and Entertainment Manager, where she leverages her diverse background to streamline financial operations, enhance service delivery, and build high-performing, customer-focused teams.
