Stephanie Dussault has been a dedicated member of the University of Texas at Austin community for over 21 years, bringing a wealth of operational and technical expertise to her roles. She began her UT career as a receptionist in 2003, quickly transitioning into desktop support in 2004. Since then, she has steadily expanded her leadership portfolio — managing FAMIS operations since 2007, overseeing database and business intelligence support since 2010, and leading the desktop support team since 2018. Prior to joining UT, Stephanie spent nine years running an air conditioning company, where she handled office management, accounts receivable/payable, human resources, and warehouse operations. Her diverse background and deep institutional knowledge make her a trusted leader in IT support and systems management.
