Dear FBS,
We’ve gotten through another year together! Even with the uncertainty and changes to come, I look back over the past year and I am proud of the work we’ve done. I am thankful for each and every one of you and your perseverance during this time of change. As I’ve shared, we will continue to provide the excellent service that we are known for and will come through the other side even stronger.
Over the past year, we have seen the implementation of the hiring process improvement and budget process improvement efforts, the launch of the UTWorks project, another successful silent auction, and the rollout of the employee exchange program (among many other projects across the portfolio). As we look forward to the rest of the academic year, we will continue to focus on doing our part to improve and support FAS operations.
Take the time over this holiday break to relax, recharge, and enjoy time with your loved ones. I am excited to see what 2023 brings.
