Group of workers from FBS Warehouse

Thank you so much to all the FBS team members who have been reporting to campus. They are leading the effort in responding to COVID-19 and transitioning campus to remote work.

BFS Warehousing has been a busy bunch! Not only have they provided warehousing services to Facilities Planning Management and Utilities and Energy Management during the shutdown, they’ve also supported the University in several unique ways. The group has assisted in the receipt of 80 half-gallon containers of Tito's hand-sanitizing cleanser, collaborated with the Office of Emergency Preparedness to store and track all safety-related supplies that have been donated, and stocked critical materials for campus operations. BFS Warehousing is utilizing any available opportunity to organize the warehouse and ensure the accuracy of inventory in stock.

TRecs team members have gone above and beyond to provide essential information technology support during this unprecedented period. Their work is far-reaching and crucial — from supporting the technology behind UTPD’s mobile and digital devices to providing timely assistance to the Office of the President and the Office of the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer to ensuring technology hardware and support is available to remote workers, this team has worked around the clock to make sure things are running smoothly and safely.
